Featuring a brightly colored paisley and floral print, the top is button down with shoulder pads, shoulder pleats, and two faux chest pockets. The skirt is pleated. There is an elastic waistband (I have styled the dress with my own belt to show how cute the dress would look with a belt, but the belt is not included in this listing.
